How do i unhide unused custom firelds?

Hello people!
Im using a lot of custom fields. Is there a way to hide the options in the extra fields witch are no used?

Here you can see my problem.

I want to only see the options checked and not the ones that are not.

How the array system prints no there is no way to do so. There is no quick tweak I can post for you.
