Cancel individual notifications?

I have a couple of users who subscribed for notifications of new ads and their email is bouncing these back.

I'd like to cancel their subscriptions but they have no current ads so their names do not appear in the classifieds user list. (This installation is integrated with vbulletin).

Any suggestions as to how to cancel a few individual notifications without deleting their entire forum account?

well you need to find out there userid and you can say issue a phpmyadmin mysql command like so

DELETE FROM cp_notify WHERE userid=YOURUSERSUSERID

Just a followup inquiry.

I've used your suggestion for phpmyadmin to clear out some of these but it seems that the pc_notify is keeping lots of records for ads that have expired and been removed.

When I check these profiles they have several empty notification boxes:

Ad Notifications
[ ]
[ ]
[ ] mustang convertible 73

These seem to be to ads that have expired and been admin deleted from the expired que.
I'd love to clean this up but is something amiss by them not being deleted after the ads are gone?

Well I guess I would ask where are we deleting an ad and not comments and notifications also deleted

Maybe an issue with an older classifieds that had been fixed and you never cleared out for. Maybe you should just clear your notify table

Yeah most likely some old bug so make sure your using latest code and empty that table
