| how do i delete sold ads?
Once my ads on my site are marked sold by the poster, they don't delete on their own. They used to but since I have upgrade they remain in their category. Is there any way to set these to automatically delete once marked sold? http://www.madisonxchange.com |

Ads never deleted in prior versions they simply stayed in the expired que. Ads auto delete in the new version after being expired 2 weeks. If this is not happening on your system I would suggest you redownload the build and upload all the core PHP files as maybe you have an old file still present.

Expired ads are automatically deleted from the system if older than 2 weeks.

In my previous post I ask about ads that the user marks as SOLD. Are sold ads considered expired too?
Say a user lists an item for 30 days. He sells it in 5 days and marks it sold. Does it automatically delete in 14 days from the day he marked it sold??

To upgrade from 2.5 to 2.6, can I just upload the PHP files? What's the minimum so I don't overwrite templates or custom stuff?

AH -- that's too funny. I've been manually deleteing them daily and have been on the new version for months. Old habbits are hard to break.
