Disable HTML

Hi there

How can I disbale HTML in product posting AND in comments? I can not see such a function in the admin section...

You can disable in admin => admin options the execution of html and then if someone enters html it is simply displayed as html code not executed

Is this the same way in the actual version of classifieds ? I want to disable HTML and can not find this in admin options .

No there is no such switch we just sanitize the code and disallow any harmful tags.

yeah embed input and script tags are not allowed so its sanitized.

Is the option to disable html in the product description still available in the current software? If so, how is it implemented? I have a user who is bypassing the photo limit by posting links to imageshack in the description.

You can always post links to other sites in a description there is no way to disable that.

I could tell you how to mod the code to strip all html out of a description.
