Reeftalk.com classifieds were edited to match their homepage. Was one of their themes edited or just the header/footer? I'm curious because I have a similar layout on my homepage I would like to incorporate into my classifieds.

My site is a stock vbulletin site with vbportal and a style from vbstyles so you should be able to achieve that look more or less nothing modified there

I'm not using vb, I'm using phpbb. Is there anyway to use my phpbb theme?

You can use a phpbb theme if your integrating with phpbb. In forum options in admin you will see the style switch
