Change duration of my auction?

Hi,

I want to change the duration of my listed items for auction. I have seen an earlier thread about duration types but, can not find the edit screen to make the changes. Does anyone know how I set a maximum duration for ads (say 30 days).

Speaking of that, is there a way that we can give this option to users of say paying one price for 15 days and paying more for a months ad?

I have been through all of the admin windows but can not find the menu for changing durations.

Many thanks in advance

Simon

You can not charge different prices for different durations.

Now you can edit your uploadproduct templates and change by adding or deleting options from the duration select box.

Code:

Hi Chuck,

Does this mean then looking at the code, if I only wanted the auction to last for 30 days, I would omit all other values from the list above? So the line will look
<tr>
<td class="{$Style['tddetails']}">{$Globals['pp_lang']['duration']}</span></td>
<td class="{$Style['tddetails']}"><select name="duration">
<option value="30">{$Globals['pp_lang']['30days']}</option>

Or, do I just need to have the last line (and multiples to for default values, 3 days, 5 days, a week, 2 weeks etc?).

Thanks

Simon

You can remove all the options except 30 days correct
