File Upload Limit?
I see where I can set the
dimensions
of an image upload, but where do I set the maximum file size for the images? (200K, etc.)

Found it.
It's called "Maximum PHP file upload size?", even though they aren't PHP files.

Yes there is no option within admin currently for this but the beta 2.6 has the filesize limit within the edit usergroups portion
