Accessing user data

I know it has to be there somewhere but my old eyes can't seem to find it. How does one access user data to updatit?

Sorry to have so many questions but without a admin manual I'm a little lost.

Users can edit there profile when they view there profile also the answer depends on whether your doing a standalone install or integrating with a forum cause if your integrating with a forum this is done from the forum not classifieds
