Change Username

Is there anyway to change the username to a different username once a classified is uploaded? For example if we are bulk uploading real estate listings but later want to change the username to a specific agent can we do that?

As admin you can reassign an admin to someone else

any suggestions on how to make it an option. I also have Photo Gallery if I can use lang from threr to modify.
