Layout Question

After the install I was curious what I might have missed to have the layout look as it does. Any ideas?

On last step of install you fill out the proper path and urls to vbulletin and classifieds and you can turn on the 3 vb3 option boxes. You have not done so so either rerun install to do this or edit the config-int.php file directly and fill these out and turn on your vb3 integration switches ( 3 of them )
