Ads will not expire?

I cannot figure out for the life of me why my classified ads won't expire. Just to test I made 2 ads and put them up for 3 days. Its been almost 2 weeks and the ads are still there. The cron job works fine, its just not removing them.

Are you running the expiration cron script?

Cron Job: sendnotice.php

Im getting this email everytime it runs...

Any clue?

Make sure to use server path not url
