how to add banner under welcome box

I did a search but not able to find this.
I want to place a banner in a box under the welcome box. See attached.

Appreciate some guide.

You can place it at the bottom of your indexhead template

what type of hint do you want?

yes indexhead template is the one you can edit from admin => edit templates but I cant tell ya what to place there since that depends on your html but you simply want to place whatever before the closing PPPRINT; statement

i just want a box under the welcome box so that i can include my banners.
tried adding a box before the PPPRINT; statement but nothing showing up.
edited the indexhead template in the vb3enhanced directory coz i'm using VB3 enhanced.
