What is COPPA?

What is it and how do we use it? I searched the forums but it only showed up in questions regarding other things but not specific to COPPA.

That should explain what it is as far as how you use it the user enters there birthday and if below coppa age they are put into the a special group and they need to have there parents fill out the coppa form and send it to you and you can move them to an approved user
