Upgrading an ad... and $adoptions

Just want to make sure I have this right.

- User pays for an ad.

- It gets paid and approved.

- User later EDITS the ad and adds Highlighting, for example.

- Entire ad is taken out of circulation and put back in the payment pending queue until payment for the upgrade is received and/or ad is approved.

ALSO, I need an explanation of exactly what $adoptions is doing and how it works.

Exactly if they add something that requires payment they must pay for it. If they do not then it is sitting in the payment waiting que.

$adoptions is simply the array that is used to store the values for bold italic or highlight on an ad.
