How can I get my main page to not display "Main Index" at the top but something else or nothing. Currently it is as below:

<title> Site Name - Main Index</title>.

Looking at the Vbulletin admin under:

Site Name / URL / Contact Details
- Forum Name (I have website name here)
- Homepage Name (I have website name here)

And PP Classifieds Global Options:

Title for your Photopost Classifeds (I have website name here)
Web site name (I have website name here)

I don't have "Main Index" entered anywhere so I imagine this is not configurable via the admin panels. Perhaps in english.php? Please advise. Thanks.

yes you can change that language string in english.php with something else

$Globals['pp_lang']['tablehead'];

I am also trying to change the title from "Main Index" to something else.
I read this thread and it appears that I need to change the english.php but I can't find it. Can you direct me to it?

In the languages subdirectory of the product

Oh, so I don't use the Photo Post control panel but just edit the file directly.

That depends site name is in the control panel and main index is defined in the language file

Chuck, what should I check for if I've done this but still get 'Main Index - .....' showing up on the gallery homepage?

Have you altered any files?

Your gallery name is in the global options in admin and is not usually empty.

You can check your global options and then you can make sure your pp-inc.php file is file is unaltered.
