change number of images a user can upload

How do i set the number of images a user can upload?
The default is 6, but I want it to be set lesser.

Or how about this? What if I want ;
- usergroup 1 to be able to upload 3 images
- usergroup 2 to be able to upload 6 images
- usergroup 3 to be able to upload 10 images

How do I do that please?

You can set a limit on the number of uploads per day a usergroup can do but if your talking about how many upload prompts show on the upload page for a specific usergroup thats not how things work.

how abt like in photopost, there's this option How many file upload prompts do you want? as attached. that's not possible too?

else can i edit the template to has it 3 prompts instead of 6?

Classifieds already has 6 upload prompts per upload on the upload page. You can edit and remove image boxes if you choose
