Recently, I installed PP Classifieds in my site, but have doubts trying to use my forum templates (IPB v2.1.5).

I know some users have asked this, but still need some instructions to do it. The site is http://www.imperioboricua.com/foros | http://www.imperioboricua.com/clasificados

How can I include the forum default skin header?

You would need to make an html file say edit the one with photopost header.htm and place the html you wish there and link to it in global options in admin with the server path to load it
