Max Ads Limit
How does the max ad limit work?

Lets say i have 3 ads of the limit.

If a member has 3 ads the have ended, or a combination of ended and sold, but they are not set to purge from the database for 45 days, could they still post another ad?

The max ads checks to see that the user does not have more or equal to the limit of ACTIVE ADS and stops them or not.
