Questions about the PPC Buyer/Seller feedback system

I know the newer version of PPC has trader ratings. I have some questions about the PPC rating system:

1. Is there a way to look up user ratings - basically can I find all users with X number of negative ratings to keep track of possible scammers?

2. Is this rating displayed on the ShowAd page? I can't remember, as I've edited that template long ago.

3. Is there a way to import all the ratings I've compiled with the Trader Rating hack that was written for vB 3.5?

The feedback is shown in the form of stars near the user's name. You can view and read feedback in a user's profile. The admin can moderate feedback from the admin panel

As far as your vb hack I have never used it so I can not respond.
