I have the same error, but a server migration. My error is :

I fixed the error: logged in SSH, did some myisamchk repairs, and it`s fixed

yes your error was different lines so it was not the same. You had a corrupt mysql table

I have a similar error:

Can't seem to make a new thread on the forum, so hope someone sees this PDQ.

You need to upgrade your phpbb forum to the minimum version we support 2.019
