Change Menu Bar

I've been trying like hell to change it but can't.

My Ads · My Watch List Admin · Home · Search · Member List · Profile · Place An Ad

All I want to do is make "place an ad" bold and include a log out function.

And for the menubar.tmpl, all I get is:

<?php
echo <<<PPPRINT
$ppopen
<tr>
<td class="{$Style['menubar']}" width="100%" colspan="2">
<table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
<tr>
<td class="{$Style['menubarnb']}" width="50%" align="left" valign="middle">
&nbsp;$menu2
</td>
<td class="{$Style['menubarnb']}" width="50%" align="right"valign="middle">
$menu&nbsp;
</td>
</tr>
</table>
</td>
</tr>
$ppclose<br />
PPPRINT;

?>

Please help, thanks!

You would need to edit the topmenu function and place bold tags around the upload language in the upload link.

You can code a logout button in the menubar template you linked above any way you wish but just a note that the only way you would not have a logout button there is if your using vbulletin integration which already has a logout button so no need for one personally

What file is the topmenu function in?

And indeed, we had VB integration, but I didn't want the VB header there as I thought it was very confusing for the average internet user of my site.

How would I code a logout function?

Thanks for your help!

pp-inc.php is the file and if you turn off the vb3 integration a logout link should appear.

I remember back in the days (like a few years back), VBulletin didn't have that menu bar that you see above, and all my visitors wanted to log out, but had difficulty doing so. Many of my visitors are families who share computers, but have seperate accounts. Also, it's a good feature for those who use shared computers at work or in public places, like a library.

why have you edited your classifieds not to load the vb navbar? That is where the login logout function is.

If you want to restore the classifieds login logout you could need to modify your code and remove this below in pp-inc.php in front of the two $log variables

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
