Error creating resized original; Error code 144

Client getting this errro when trying to upload photo's

Any idea, I have a client who can't post her photo's to the classifieds on my site. How do I tell her to avoid error 144?

I have never heard of an error code 144 I would have to do some extensive searching. what are you using gd or imagemagick?
