Usergroup question??

I dont want the registered members to be able to place a ad.
I want them to only be able to view and buy.

I want the group I created to be able to buy, sell, and everything else.
There reason Im doing this is because they are site supporters and I want them to be able to do more.

Any help? I been in the admins ection over a hr now.

yeah I saw that one, cant find the or know what option it is to turn regular user off for no ad posting.
