Need to control table width in inc_ads.php

The title should read inc_classifieds.php.
I noticed that long titles are pushing the table beyond it's designed width. I know I read a post somewhere on how to correct this, but can't find it now. Any help would be appreciated.
Example is:

You can see the table is slightly whacked. It appears to be the non-wrapped title, but I can't be sure.
Thank you,

Still messy

I took out one "nowrap" parameter, but it shoved the "latest ad" into a tiny little space and is forcing the whole row to expand it's height to compensate. With all the <div> statements in the formatting, it makes it hard (for us amateurs) to figure out how to control the width of each column.
I'll put it back so you can see what it's doing, and hopefully you can advise on what to do to correct it without scrunching up the ad column. I think if I could get the Ad title to wrap, but not give up all of it's "territory" it would be fine. I just put the problem back online.
Thanks,

Extra <div>

Not this matters to the immediate issue, but it appears there is an extra <div> in this section in the original inc_classifieds.php

Quote:
<td class="alt2" nowrap="nowrap"><div class="smallfont" align="left">
<div style="clear:both">
<img class="inlineimg" src="$vb_urlpath/images/icons/icon1.gif" alt="" border="0" />
<a href="$class_path/showproduct.php?product=$lastphoid"><strong>$photitle</strong></a>
</div>
<div>
by <a href="member.php?u=$lastphobyid">$lastphoby</a>
</div>
<div align="right">
$pptime
<a href="$class_path/showproduct.php?product=$lastphoid"><img class="inlineimg" src="$vb_urlpath/images/buttons/lastpost.gif" alt="Go to last post" border="0" /></a>
</div>
</td>
As best I can tell, the bolded <div> never gets closed. Am I reading this right. Again, it doesn't seem to make any difference to the problem at hand.

You can add another closing div at the bottom of that code above the closing td

Ok

But the <div> issue was a side point. Note how wide the "Last Ad" column is. There must be some way to get the Category Name and the Last Ad columns to share the space more evenly, and wrap if needed.
Thanks,
GateKeeper

On to something

I've added fixed (%) widths to each column and am having some success. I will work with it some more and be ok.
Thank you!
