Troubleshooting or Bugs Forum?

Why is there no Troubleshooting or Problems forum?

Why is the "bugs" forum locked?

How are we suppose to post in the "appropriate forums"?

Bugs are posted in the ticket system on the navbar.

As far as troubleshooting ir asking questions ask in the How Do I forum
