Payments not processing...

I have recently upgraded to v2.5 - since this upgrade - despite having a figure in the amount to be charged for bold/italics/highlight - and PayPal selected as the method to receive payments - users are able to add these features for free (doesn't prompt them for payment at all).

I also need answers to the questions asked:

• Emails on Deletion

Make sure in Admin => Edit Usergroups you have payment turned on for what usersgroups you wish to pay. Payment switch was moved in 2.5

I assume that you're meaning:

Admin => Edit Usergroups => Allow Payment?

(if so - thanks - I just turned that on now).
