Tip, getting apostrophies in categories

I wasn't able to create categories with apostrophies ' so I went to ascii code, it shows as ascii in your categorie name in the admin panel but parses as an html apostrophie in the published classifieds.

The ascii code for an apostrophie is & #39; without the space

I assume I am using the most recent version as I just bought and had you install it. This is the error message I get when I leave an ' in the category

Error adding new category to the database. Returned id was 0.

Okay so it is not added it just wont create it.

Okay no problem let me see here if it is the site I am thinking then recheck this issue as it should be okay
