Place Calendar under Who's Online Block
 

How can I get the calendar block to either display above or under the who's online block, which is now listed on the right under main categories?

This is how it is currently setup:

You would need to alter your files. In your correct setup with sidebar on calendar pal will be shown there. With sidebar off it displays in the undercats pal template.

If you want it to do something different then you would need to remove the call in those templates and put one in undercats-sidebar template which is only designed to show comments and online pals.
