Remove all ZIP code features

I have disabled ZIP code integration in the admin but still when I do a search it tells me (with bad english too) "Sorry Your Zip Code was found in our Database. Please check to ensure you have entered it correctly!"

How can I remove this so I can search without entering a ZIP code?

Make sure you redownload the build as if you turn off the zipcode the search page should not be displaying a distance search box and it would appear yours still has this info on the search template.
