Top Category not spanning across top

I haven't been able to figure out why my top category header does not span across all level. It splits at the columns.

I've tried editting the categories template but without success.

Why do you have the only category on your install set to NOT CONTAIN ADS?

I want that to be the top category header. After I get the skin sorted out I'll add other rooms and categories. Everytime I add another category it does the same thing.
