Change the Welcome Message.

When an unregistered-user views the home page, the Welcome message on the search bar says 'Welcome to the Photopost Classifieds', how do I change this to the name of my site? And would this also change the name on the title-bar of the browser? I would like my sites name to appear up ther as well. Thank you.

In Admin => Global Options you can set the name of your site correct
