1) I can't seem to access the admin panel, everytime I log on to the admin panel, I am logged out and just goes to the photopost classifieds index page. That's it???

2) What do I edit the head-inc.php??? I don't know what to look for. I don't know how to code... Please help.

1. If your using vb3 make sure your cookie settings and vb license number are correct. There are tons of threads on these forums about this. More than likely you forgot to enter the vbulletin cookie prefix on install of bb. You can view the settings table in phpmyadmin and view settings 181-183 and make sure the cookie settings match vb and the prefix is entered correctly. In your config-inc.php file make sure $vblicense is correct by looking at the top of your vbulletin files there license number is shown up top.

2. I have no idea what your asking here?

Doesn't help... i'll just reinstall everything...

Then you need to post what error you have or something here cause if you can not reach the admin panel then those are the issues I see. Did you specify the proper database info and table prefix so we can import the usergroups?

Your inputing something incorrect here. Is there an admin insert which has cpaccess set to 1 on your usergroups table? Do the cookie settings and license number match vbulletin?
