Bid Problem - Cannot Bid On Items.

First of all, thank you for this fantastic product.

I am using it slightly unsual way for a multiplayer online game as a way for players to buy and sell items on the forums and then they complete the trade in game. So fair few changes are going to be made.

At present I have a test area for the product and bids do not seem to be working. People can place an advert for people to bid on, but it appears that nobody can place a bid for the product.

Each catagory has "allow bids" and it's not the placing of the bid by user A that is the problem, it's the fact that user B cannot bid.

I am using vBulletin 3.52 and the latest version of PhotoPost Classifieds.

Thanks.

I would suggest you post a url and a test login. This way we can interact and see your issue.

I do not show any issues with bidding in the current setup. Here is how it works.

1. You in Admin Edit Categories set categories to allow bidding.

2. User uploads ad and ticks allow bidding. This must be done for it to be an auction.

3. If it is an auction then logged in users can bid on the item. This code has not changed in quite a while

To show you the process I have a link here to a new test setup where I uploaded a test ad and did the steps above. I went to the ad and in the bid table entered by bid. Feel free to register a test account and place a bid.

Good god, you reply fast on here - many thanks!!! :) :D

Was kind of expecting to have to wait a few days from my experience from other PHP product sites!

I am at work ATM and will test this during the day tomorrow and let you know how things get on. If I need to send you a login, it will be via PM on here.

Cheers.
