Call header.htm

I'm trying to call the header file header.htm --- I have my own code in there and when I set it up in admin > global option > header path, nothing happens?

Is there another setting somewhere?

------------ I got it ----- nevermind...... forgot a folder name and it doesn't do anyything at all unless the path is exactly right...

I was using the wrong path too when i first set it up, try just using header.htm in the file since its probably still located in the same directory.
