Can't Upload Photos?

I am setting up my Photopost Classifieds and Photo Gallery and I can't get pics to upload on either, I get the following messages-

Classified Message-

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command: "/usr/bin/X11/mogrify" -size 100x54 -quality 70 -geometry 100x54 /var/www/html/class/data/360/259Vette2_resized-thumb.jpg

Photo Gallery Mesage-

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/X11/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 100x54 -quality 70 -geometry 100x54 -unsharp 10 '/var/www/html/photo/data/514/thumbs/59Vette2_resized.jpg'

I do have it set to automatically resize the photo to fit in the options.
