Adding a banner to the top of Photopost

I know this is a stupid question and has probably been answered 20 times, but I could not find it when I did a few different searches...

How can I ad a banner for my website at the top of the page?

What template do I have to modify?

You would in Admin => Global Options set the server path to a header file and save.

Then you can edit that file via FTP and add in any html you wish to display over the program
