Showing Random Outside vb and photopost?

How can I show the right side pal or right side random ads "outside" of vbulletin and photopost....

I have a .php homepage that is outside of vb - I want to call the random ads pal somehow via php - how can this be done.?

I got it to work with the new rss feed.... nice addition.
