Buyers, sellers, traders...

Hi!
Am I confused or have I seen feedback divided by category? I mean, leaving/reading feedback as a buyer and as seller?

Then seems I've seen this elsewhere and I need another coffee =)
I'll add a feature request for sellers rating buyers.

Btw, I decided to go with the beta version on my site but there are a few things I'm not really understanding:
- why can't reviewers leave more than one feedback to a member?
- why can't I as admin delete given feedbacks?

Just the way Michael wrote it. It is not deletable by admin and users can edit there feedback if they change there mind but not place a second one. Since they can edit there feedback there is no reason to post another feedback

Really? I had no idea. Not trying to be rude or anything but that seems plain stupid to me unless we're talking about a user scenario where users establish a connection one time only and for a long period of time, like a service.

In a common buy/sell/trade user scenario where users buy several products (sometimes from the same buyer), that model just doesn't work.
Imagine if a buyer has one bad experience after successively purchasing a 1000 different items from the same seller, his review will place that seller with -1 point not reflecting his true value.

How can I change that behavior so that users can post multiple non-editable reviews about someone and allowing the admin to delete them?

I would call this a serious bug if you try to allow multiple ratings by the same user as a user can on the other side of the coin get ONE USER TO PAD HIS STATS SHALL WE SAY by posting over and over. This is why a user can only edit his feedback. It is a security feature.

You're kidding right? Where's the security now when a user can register a 100 new users and achieve better (and not so easily detected) results?

I see your point but restricting one rating per user as a security method is pointless, not to mention statistically inaccurate like my previous example shows. If you want to throw in a security feature to prevent abuse, what about this?
- make the product id a mandatory field to submit a rating;
- if the product is not marked as "sold", abort;
- if the product id is marked as already used to rate the owner, abort; (needs a new db table field)
- if the product owner id does not match the user id that is receiving the rating, abort;
- if the above conditions are given, submit the rating and mark the product as "used" (the new field mentioned above) or something similar to prevent double posting or someone else to abuse the system;
