Make Recent Ads display only listings with a photo?

Currently my Recent Ads display the last several ads, but I want to only show the ads which have pictures. How can I make it do that? I don't see an option for that in the admin.

I would also like to be able to list the Catagory before the item, such as:

For Sale: (item)
Wanted (item)

Is that possible?

Yeah, I am an idiot and found the setting in the Options of the admin.

But not how to display the Catagory before the text in Recent Ads.
