I've search the forums with no luck on this one.
Every paid classified ad that is placed, I must go in approve manually.
In my usergroups settings I have "Moderate Ads?" set to no.
Any ads placed that are free and do not require paypal payment do approve automatically without any intervention from me, but any ad that involves paying through paypal requires me to go in and approve the ad.
I see in the payment.php language file that there are 2 different messages regarding successful payment:

Content visible to verified customers only.
So I figure there must be an option I'm missing somewhere for automatically approving ads once the user clicks the continue link in PayPal.
