comshow and comments are totally different scripts so what is your issue? Maybe try reuploading the files?

I went to my test site which is a clean install and placed a comment without issue as you can see.

flowers - PhotoPost Classifieds

Now comshow is that script link off the index page on the comments block

Main Index - PhotoPost Classifieds

I click that link to see more then I go to comshow

Comments - PhotoPost Classifieds

Again I see no issues so where are these problems?

Thats just strange because I just placed a comment before I wrote my reply.

Maybe try redownloading the build and reupload the templates folder.

I redowloaded and reuploaded templates and php files.

Now comshow.php is ok - but I still get "Invalid call to script" when trying to comments on an ad.

Well give me some info what type of install and place your url. If you follow the advise we post about what to do when seeking support this goes alot faster.

I have tested most types and if you reall uploaded the templates you should be fine but that is if all your templates are being uploaded. Old templates will not work with the new version.

It seems to work now - after 4 uploads of templates!

Must have been flashfxp that didnt overwrite the files correct, weired, cause it have never happened with vb upload of files.

Yes the templates are so changed in the Pro 8 or Classifieds 5 series this is the reason I suggest on the release notes to delete your stylesheets and templates folders online before uploading the new code.

Have had lots of my threads over the past months with people and old templates or styles trying to use them with the new code.
