Two Questions, Categories showing in wrong section, and how do I get rid of the Welco

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem.. after adding a few Categories everything went fine, I did a 2nd Top Level Category and that's where the problem came.

If you see image one, you can see that the WTT (Want To Buy) Category is right under the Welcome Screen.. see the 2nd image to see what my categories look like.

I already told my users that the categories will go live in 24hrs so hopefully I can fix this problem.

I believe you are posting in the wrong section of the support site as this is a classifieds question so I will move this post.

There is nothing wrong your site is viewing how you have set it up. It appears under your Admin => Index Options you are using the following option set to 1 whereas you might want it to be 0 to show all top level cats on the index

Sorry about that, yes this should be in the classifieds help section.

But that did the work, now everything is showing up just fine. So my last question is how can I get rid of that Welcome,... (box)? that also has the search option on the right side? if all possible?

There is no option for that. You could try clearing the indexhead template of its contents so it is empty but obviously we can not support code modifications so your on your own with that.
