Minor - comments email to admin

The email to admin regading new comments needs stripslashes added. See sample text below;

Quote:
yes it\'s possible , but right now i use Truck because it\'s too expensive when i go myself .
This does not affect using classifieds and is not visible to the end user but sure is buggy to admin.

Thats a little strange if I look at the comments.php file we clearly stripslash the letter to admin.

maybe try moving the line noted in comments.php right above the actual line to send the email

That's kind of why it caught my attention. My last go-round with photopost was when you were just starting to take integration with message boards seriously and a ton of time was spent on escaping or stripping slashes (around version 4.7 or so). I just noticed this evening that the notice for a new ad to admin has the same issue. I will try your suggested change and update you within the next day or so.

My suggestion should work fine as the stripslash issue is with the message the user is entering not our actual language string. So moving the stripslashes lower as I noted will work fine.

No joy Chuck. Received the following admin message today after making the changes you suggested in September. I just haven't had any apostrophes in comments since to test with.

Quote:
Floatbox is a extra , it\'s 250.00$ for the box with all accessories.
thank you

HMM interesting I will try sending another comment with those exact words. I tested what I did last time I commented here.

Is it possible your files have been slightly altered from what's included in the current download package? As I mentioned, it's not a big deal as I'm the only one to see these emails but it is buggy. Just thought I'd raise the issue and provide feed back.
