Asking Price defaulting to Best Offer

I just upgrade to 4.1.

When placing a new ad, even if a user enters an amount into the Asking Price field, it defaults to Best Offer, as though the price isn't being saved.

That sounds strange to me. I just did a test and everything seemed to work for me on my test site.
