Edit Ad not prefilled
 

I just upgraded to the latest version 4.1.

My question is related to the Edit Ad functionality. If a user clicks on Product Options -> Edit Ad, it pulls up the Edit Ad page, but does not pre-fill any of the information from the Ad. Then, even if you re-fill all of the information, it does not save. It just retains the original information. So basically, Edit Ad is not working for me after the upgrade.
