HMM cant say without more info here.

I see its an older version of the software maybe an old calculation bug. I would suggest upgrading and then zeroing out the stats

How do you zero out the stats?

You would edit the entry in the cp_stats table of the classifieds table and enter 0 for the quantity and amount fields.
