RSS Feed

Hi Chuck,
I'm having a problem with the rss feeds from my classifieds.
When trying to subscribe I get the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /xxxx/xxxxxx/public_html/pp-classifieds/external.php on line 25

its the same with all the feeds

any ideas?

Try using the latest codes external.php

right redownload the code and reupload that file.

I did chuck, just done it again now to make sure and low and behold it worked this time. Dunno what voodoo you've got but it worked!!

Quick follow on is there any way to change the feed name and also the number of items it publishes or to set it so it only publishes new ads?

The feed I think shows 50 latest ads and the feed name is your site name in global options.

Sorted the name thanks chuck.

Is there some code I can edit to reduce the number of items pulled? 50 is a few too many!!

You can alter the actual queries in the external.php file itself.
