500 error page

Hi
Some users (10 more or less) get a blank page or 500 error page when after complete a sale with pictures and click Submit button, I have test it as Administrator and as normal user and works fine without problems.

It is possible to know if the problem is not because of classifieds software?

Browsers, cookies, or server load, etc may be the problem?

well if you can sell an item and other users can sell an item I would think a blank page would be maybe a server issue. Do the users give you the url they get anything to help?

Some users get a 500 Internal Server error page, (I think is a server issue), and the other user get a blank page in this url: ht*p://www.gstrail.es/ventas/uploadproduct.php?cat=5

Okay well that helps alot as that is not the issue you described above as I thought.

Uploading an ad and making an ad sold are different things. Blank page on upload can be a common issue especially when using GD2 as the image processor. This should help
