Anyone else using 4.03 having problems with image handling by Photopost Classifieds?

Just had a member create an ad and upload some pics ...

It pooched the thumbnails and preview thuumbnails of not only his ad, but others ...

The maintenance function to "Rebuild all thumbnails" and "Check and rebuild all preview images" really doesn't work all that well to clean up and realign the pics in the database. All it does it tells you what it can't do?

edit: Here's a typical error that I can't get rid of, no matter what rebuild routine I run, so how do I clean this type of mess up?

what is the actual file size? what is the thumbnail size?
