EnlargeIt option shown 3 times?

Why is the EnlargeIt option with a yes/no answer option shown 3 times on the Show Ad options page? (see pic)

Try reimporting your phrases by running phrases.php

OK, I'll do that, but before execute the import, I want to make sure it's not going to affect any of the customized language string changes I've made or the other template changes?

It will change any edited language strings yes. It has no effect on templates.

So just make sure to download the latest code upload phrases.php and run that file
